Not Able To Locate Your Course and State on ILostMyCard?

If you are unable to find your course and state listed on, it is likely that we are not authorized to issue replacement certifications for that particular course and state. In this situation, it is advisable to contact the issuing authority of your state directly to obtain a replacement for your certificate.

Found Your Certificate and State but Cannot Retrieve Your Record?

There are a couple of reasons why you might be experiencing difficulties in pulling up your record on

  • We Do Not Have Your Record: If we cannot locate your record, it may be because your course was provided by a different company. In such cases, reaching out directly to the company that administered your course is recommended.
  • Partial Record Availability: Sometimes, if you have completed an in-person class or a course through another provider, we may receive only partial information forwarded by the state. A record is forwarded to us by the state to provide replacements.
